then defining a path to get you from here to there.
This is what FCM can help you do.
First, I learn all about you through questions and tests. Then I provide you with a carefully selected group of careers that fit you, along with detailed information about each career, including training requirements, salary ranges, work environment, outlook, AI impact, and what each path is really like.
Next, I tailor your program to help you understand your options and provide all the information you need about each career path—anything you want or need to make an informed choice. But I will never tell you what to do (unless you ask). I simply provide incredibly detailed information to help you decide.
Not every career requires college, but I will provide you with detailed training options no matter which path you choose. This includes costs and step-by-step plans, whether you are on a tight budget or seek an elite university education. I will even show you how to use AI effectively to create job-specific resumes.
Your report is not the end of the conversation. As your plans evolve, questions arise, or new opportunities arise, you can continue reaching out for guidance. There are no time limits, no additional fees, and no expiration date—I will continue helping you for as long as you need me.

There is no fee for the meeting, personalized materials, follow-up help, or continued support.
A Simple, Personal Experience
The process is simple, and will only take you a few hours.
But the impact can be life-changing.
We begin with a relaxed 90-minute meeting, either in person or over Zoom, where I get to know the student—their interests, strengths, personality, goals, and what makes them unique.
Next the student completes three online personality assessments (about 90 minutes total). Combined with our conversation, they provide another perspective on interests, preferences, and natural tendencies.
Typically within about three days, you'll receive a comprehensive report with carefully curated careers, training pathways, costs, and practical guidance tailored specifically to the student.
As students think, pray, and begin identifying careers that truly interest them, we'll dive deep into exploring those careers through job shadowing, conversations with professionals, and more.

My name is Greg Gipp. I have a BSEE and an MSEE and spent 34 years as an engineer at a Fortune 100 company specializing in deep research and problem-solving.
Now retired, I have the privilege of giving back by helping families discover careers their students will genuinely enjoy. Unlike other services, I do not use algorithms or generic assessments to generate cookie-cutter matches.
My unique approach: I personally handcraft every analysis using four powerful tools. I then use AI as one additional tool to identify possibilities and collaborate with each student to refine a curated list. I spend unlimited time understanding the “why” behind their interests and provide written, detailed explanations for every recommendation.
